This beginning to intermediate-level musical theater summer camp for youth is a wonderful experience to help our younger performers refine the foundational techniques of music, dance, and theater.  It is the perfect introduction to the musical theater world and performing. This camp will help prepare for upcoming auditions for future productions. June sessions will be the same curriculum. The July session will be different curriculum.

SESSION 1- JUNE 8-12 (9 am-12 pm)

EXPRESS CAMP- JUNE 8-12- Sparkle Kids ages 4-6              -12:30- 2:30 pm

SESSION 2- JUNE 15- June 19  (1:30 pm- 4:30 pm)

SESSION 3- JULY 13-17 (12:30 pm- 3:30 PM)

All Camps held at Advantage Arts Academy in Herriman

Participants will:

- be immersed in activities and workshops.

- receive individual coaching and training.

-  increase their skill level in singing, acting and dancing.

- Work to perform musical ensemble numbers.

- learn how to prepare a solid audition.

- learn how to create a resume.

- use these skills to prepare a performance at the end of the camp for parents and friends. 

- create lasting friendships and unforgettable memories.

Camp Session 1 and 2 and the Kids Express Camp will include vocal numbers, scenes, and dance numbers from the musical The Lion King.

Camp Session 3 will include vocal numbers, scenes, and dance numbers from the musical Newsies.

The camp will run for 5 days from either 9 am-12 pm or 1:30-4:30 pm depending on the week you choose.  This is a fast-paced camp so participation is required for all days of camp including the performance. We will have a performance on the Friday evening of each session at 6:00 pm.

Our 2-hour Kids Express Camp is the perfect high-energy introduction to musical theatre! Campers will sing, dance, build confidence, enjoy a snack break, and complete a fun themed craft — all in a positive, encouraging environment designed just for young performers.

 All participants of the kids regular sessions will receive a Rising Stars water bottle, a memorabilia wristband and a performance t-shirt.  Please bring 1 or 2  snacks per day for their breaks.  Each session will be limited to 15 boys and 15 girls to give each participant a quality experience. This intermediate to advanced-level musical theater summer camp for teens is a wonderful way to help fine-tune and build upon the skills these teens have accrued. Even if your teen is a beginner, we are prepared to catch them up in this intensive camp.  It will help prepare for upcoming auditions for future productions.Note that each session offers different curriculum.

JUNE 15-19 (12:30 pm- 3:30 pm)

JULY 13-17 (9am -12 pm)

Participants will :
